Applicant/ Client: Present the requirements to the Frontline Service Provider (FSP)

Service Provider: Receives request and advises client to pay the corresponding fees and charges to the Municipal Tresurer’s Office

Person-in Charge: (Minicipal Mayor’s Office) MMO’s Staff

Duration of Activity (Under Normal Circumtances): 5 minutes

Applicant/ Client: Proceed To The Municipal Treasurer’s Office

Service Provider:Accepts Payment and issues Official Reciept

Person-in Charge: Revenue Collection Clerk

Fee 75.00php

Applicant/ Client: Return To The Municipal Mayor’s Office And Present The Official Receipt

Service Provider:Prepares the Mayor’s Clearance
Signs the Mayor’s Clearance

Applicant/ Client: Receives Mayor’s Clearance And Signs Logbook

Service Provider: Releases Mayor’s clearance
