STEP
1
Applicant/ Client: Midwife concerned give specimen bottle and NTP referral from to client
STEP

Applicant/ Client: Midwife concerned give brief but concise instruction to client on how and when to collect sputum
STEP

Applicant/ Client: Clients collects two (2) sputum specimens on separate time,into properly labeled specimen bottles
STEP
4
Applicant/ Client: Patient or any resposible family member submits the specimen to the RHU, on a Tuesday or Thursday
STEP
5
Applicant/ Client: Med. Tech Release results to concerned midwives, and notify NTP Coordination for sputum (+) results for early initiation of treatment
