  4.  BIR Clearance (with CAR No.)
  5. DAR Clearance (for Agricultural land)
  6. Transfer Fee Receipt (to be paid at the Provincial Treasurer’s Office)
  7. Certified True/ xerox Copy of latest Tax Declaration
  8. Current Tax Receipt
  9. Sworn Statement of Real Properties
  10. Sketch Plan/ Approved Subdivision Plan/ Consolidated Subdivision Plan
  11. Certification of Alienable and Disposable from DENR (for undeclared land)
  12. Building Plans
  13. Receipts of Acquired Machineries

Fees

  • Processing Fee – P90.00/ Real Property Unit (RPU)
  • Inspection Fee – P100.00/ RPU
