The 2010 Municipal Revenue Code of the Municipality of Bansalan Tax Ordinance No. 387-2010
Imposition of Fees
(Sec.1) There shall be collected market and other Economic Enterprise Fees, Educational Support
Program Fees (ESPF) and Salary service fee (SSF) which covers the economic enterprises operated and managed by the
Municipal Government of Bansalan, such as: the Bansalan Public Market, Bansalan Municipal slaughterhouse, Bansalan Davao Public Cementery,
Bansalan Public Terminal and other economic enterprise that may be created by the Local Sanggunian through an
ordinance, as follows:
