1. Duly Notarized Application form for Zoning certification
2. Proof of ownership over the land such as:
- Land Title
- Latest Tax declaration
- Certification of Non- delinqency
- In case property is not registered in the name of the applicant submit of the following duly notarized documents:
- Deed of Sale
- Deed of Donation
3. Certification from the Bureau of Lands if the purpose is for land titling
4. For applications filed by authorized representative: Sworn Special Power of Attorney for the representative to file/ follow up application and
claim decisions on the application.
