LIST OF REQUIREMENTS #1

1. Duly Notarized Application form for Zoning certification
2. Proof of ownership over the land such as:

  • Land Title
  • Latest Tax declaration
  • Certification of Non- delinqency
  • In case property is not registered in the name of the applicant submit of the following duly notarized documents:
    • Deed of Sale
    • Deed of Donation

3. Certification from the Bureau of Lands if the purpose is for land titling
4. For applications filed by authorized representative: Sworn Special Power of Attorney for the representative to file/ follow up application and
claim decisions on the application.

     future expansion area, if any. Signed by geodetic engineer.    
               
7. Vicinity map showing the existing land uses            
within a minimum of 100 meters & 1- kilometers           
radius from the lot boundary of the project site.           
               
8. Site Development Plan showing the project site           
area boundaries and proposed layout of improvement          
thereon all signed by geodetic engineer.           
               
9. In case the project is construction of building and           
other structure, provide the following:           
 • Plans and designs of the building /           
    structure             
 • Cost of estimates / Bill of materials           
 • Project Specification           
               
10. For applications filed by authorized           
representative: Sworn Special Power of Attorney           
for the representative to file/follow up application           
and to claim decision on the application.
